-Researching for new suppliers?-Following market trends?-Liaising with suppliers-Negotiating prices with suppliers?-Reviewing tenders-Following up with suppliers concerning delivery times? and at all times filling out andmaintaining Load Plans per our template to insure ON TIME DELIVERY-Managing budgets-Preparing reports?-Reporting to Senior Manager-Visiting factories on as needed basis and conducting (or managing) quality control at all times. -Supply FF&E Products to the Hospitality Industry listed below in specific Markets.§MARKETS· India· Saudi Arabia· Bahrain· Dubai · North America§Products· Vinyl (custom & standard line)· Leather (custom & standard line)· Lighting (standard line)· Furniture (standard line)· Sustainable Raw Material Profile requirements:
- Education level: Minimum is Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s is a plus)-Related work experiences: number of years Minimum 10-Related industry involved: procurement, FF&E, hospitality, textiles-Related techniques & technologies controlled: Must have knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, and very importantly, Excel). Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus. -Management experience: minimum 5 years-Personality: outgoing, determined, organized, future-oriented, detail-oriented, must be a team-player that can work well with others, self-motivated, doesn’t need much management, trustworthy
