查看操作站工作情況

    當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)某個(gè)操作站死機(jī)， 監(jiān)控畫面數(shù)據(jù)不刷新，調(diào)節(jié)畫面不起作用，查看右上方系統(tǒng)報(bào)警指示燈是否正常，并檢查其他操作站是否工作正常，若正常，則僅該操作站有問(wèn)題，通知微機(jī)維修人員修理。若其他操作站數(shù)據(jù)也不變，則為系統(tǒng)通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)出現(xiàn)故障，立即通知維修人員檢查網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備的運(yùn)行情況，進(jìn)行修復(fù)。

    觀察操作站的斷電情況

    若部分操作站突然無(wú)顯示，則說(shuō)明UPS或市電斷電，立即通知微機(jī)維修工進(jìn)行維修。若有電的操作站可正常監(jiān)控，此時(shí)不會(huì)影響控制系統(tǒng)的正常調(diào)節(jié)。

    注意控制站全部斷電的情況

    由于所有控制站設(shè)備均為雙路供電，一路UPS，一路市電，所以這種情況的發(fā)生幾率很小。

    當(dāng)控制站全部斷電后，監(jiān)控畫面上兩個(gè)系統(tǒng)報(bào)警紅燈亮，通訊中斷，數(shù)據(jù)全部不刷新，所有自調(diào)系統(tǒng)完全失控，調(diào)節(jié)閥將恢復(fù)到初始狀態(tài)，氣開閥全關(guān)，氣關(guān)閥全開。此時(shí)，應(yīng)立即緊急處理或停車，同時(shí)到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行操作。KLA-Tencor 200mm Finger Fork 0000824-002 Untested
