三福塑料公司前身為臺(tái)灣譽(yù)達(dá)塑料公司，成立于1980年從事PVC塑料膠粒 生產(chǎn)。
于1994年轉(zhuǎn)大陸設(shè)分廠，公司總廠位于廣州石井。資本額港幣555萬元，實(shí)際設(shè)備人力超過千萬港幣。

于1998年擴(kuò)大經(jīng)營團(tuán)隊(duì)，改組更名為三福塑料鞋材有限公司，將觸角自原料延伸至鞋材射出加工，
現(xiàn)有規(guī)模廠房土地萬坪，員工達(dá)150人。
公司初期以生產(chǎn)PVC再生膠粒為主,1999年設(shè)立原料配方研發(fā)部門、塑料配色部門，
增資研發(fā)生產(chǎn)PVC透明膠粒與發(fā)泡膠粒，附加配色服務(wù)。
為提供客戶完善的服務(wù)，近年又增資塑膠射出部門，從鞋材射出開始發(fā)展至其他產(chǎn)品射出，
諸如電子產(chǎn)品包裝、家具包裝…等等，塑膠原料部門更增產(chǎn)多項(xiàng)復(fù)合功能性強(qiáng)之PVC材料。
