    Hytrel® DYM1300 BK320
    A high performace thermoplastic elastomer with high modulus, suited for air bag door applications.

     

    Hytrel® DYM250S BK472
    A medium modulus resin suited for injection molding of Air Bag Deployment Doors. It has a nominal durometer hardness of 49D and contains fine particle size carbon black.

     

    Hytrel® DYM350BK
    A medium modulus polyester alloy suited for injection molding of Air Bag Deployment Doors. It has a nominal durometer hardness of 55D and contains fine particle size carbon black.


    Blow Moldable Resins

    Hytrel® BM5574 BK001
    Low modulus grade with excellent oil and heat resistance with additional heat stabilizer. It can be processed by thermoplastic processing techniques such as blow molding.

     

    Hytrel® HTR4275 BK316
    A 56 nom. Shore D, heat stable, plasticiser free high performance resin for blow molding and extrusion; high viscosity/melt strength; excellent mechanical properties at elevated temperatures.

    Hytrel® G4074
    A 40 nom. Shore D, heat stable, plasticiser free resin for injection molding and extrusion. It has low temperature impact resistance as well as excellent mechanical properties. Contains a discoloring antioxidant. Not suited for light-colored finished products.

     

    Hytrel® G4774
    A 47 nom. Shore D, heat stable, plasticiser free resin for injection molding and extrusion. It has low temperature impact resistance as well as excellent mechanical properties and good hydrocarbon resistance. Contains a discoloring antioxidant.     Hytrel® G5564

    A 35 nom. Shore D, containing non-discoloring stabilizer, plasticiser free resin for injection molding and extrusion; with low temperature impact resistance as well as excellent mechanical properties.

     

    Hytrel® G4074
    A 40 nom. Shore D, heat stable, plasticiser free resin for injection molding and extrusion. It has low temperature impact resistance as well as excellent mechanical properties. Contains a discoloring antioxidant. Not suited for light-colored finished products.

     

    Hytrel® G4078W
    A 40 nom. Shore D, non-discoloring stabilizer, plasticiser free resin for injection molding and extrusion. It has low temperature impact resistance as well as excellent mechanical properties.

    A 40 nom. Shore D, containing non-discoloring stabilizer, plasticiser free, high performance resin for injection molding and extrusion; with outstanding impact resistance down to -40°C as well as good mechanical properties up to 110°C.

     

    Hytrel® 4556
    A 45 nom. Shore D, containing non-discoloring stabilizer, plasticiser free, high performance resin for injection molding and extrusion; with outstanding impact resistance down to -40°C and consistent mechanical properties between -40°C and 110°C.

     

    Hytrel® 5526
    A 55 nom. Shore D, containing non-discoloring stabilizer, plasticiser free, high performance resin for injection molding; high flow, good impact resistance down to -40°C as well as mechanical properties up to 120°C.

     

    Hytrel® 5555HS
    A 55 nom. Shore D, heat stabilised, plasticiser free specialty resin for injection molding and extrusion; good impact resistance down to -40°C as well as mechanical properties up to 135°C. Contains a discoloring antioxidant. Not suited for light-colored finished products.

     

    Hytrel® 5556
